Misty Moonlight 8½ x 11, cut a 3" strip off the long side leaving 5½ x 11. Cut this piece down to 5½ x 9½, scoring at ½" and 2⅝ at each end. Along the ½" score line at each corner, cut away a small 1¼ rectangle

3 x 11 piece cut down to 3 x 10⅝, scoring at 2⅛ and 4¼ at each end

DSP (I used Peaceful Garden) Cut a piece 5⅜ x 12. 

Cut as follows 2, 4⅛ & 2 so the pattern flows across the pieces. These are for the inside and get attached in order. The piece that is left is just shy of 4" so you can't really cut it at a true 2 but more 1 15/16. These 2 pieces are for the front 2 panels
