Template for cutting the window
Attach the DSP to the front of the card but also place a little adhesive where the bottom of the window will be, roughly 2-2½ inches up from the bottom. This will save the square of DSP that is removed for a future project - the cardstock will go back in the window.
Line up the righthand side at ¾" and cut down from ¾ to 3½
Line up the lefthand edge of the fully opened card at 5" and cut down from ¾ to 3½
You should now have 2 equal vertical slits on the card front
Rotate the card 90° and line up the top edge at ¾" and cut between the 2 slits, also do this at 3½" or you can just eyeball where the 2 slits begin and end and cut between them.
This should give you the square of Summer Splash cardstock that goes back to make the card and the square of DSP for another project.
