Main body Real Red 5½ x 4¼, plus 2 flaps 3¼ x 4¼, scored at ½" and 2¾ x 3¾, scored at ½"
Garden Green 5⅜ x 4⅛
Basic White 5¼ x 4
DSP (I used North Pole Delivery) 6 x 6. Cut in half at 3" then cut each 3 x 6 strip at 3½ (this gives you 2 pieces 3 x 3½ and 2 pieces 3 x 2½)

Check the orientation of the DSP pieces to decide where to attach the flaps.
This is the Splendid Autumn version where the smaller flap is on the side due to the paper orientation
